MY JOURNEY

My name is Logan. I began gaining weight steadily from the time I was around ten years old. It continued heavily (no pun intended) until my twenties. It wasn’t until a random vacation to Orlando, Florida that I realized how much I detested how I looked and how I felt— weak. I got home from that trip, stepped on the scale, and saw exactly how much work I had to do.


A few months went by, I lost some weight, but some work still remained.


I still wasn’t happy with how I looked.
 
Feeling frustrated, I started seeking out services and people that could help me. I went to a party for a friend and coincidentally was introduced to a buddy of his that was a personal trainer.


I ended up starting a workout plan with him— after that I was hooked. Things have not been easy, but they have most definitely been worth it. I am so thankful that I took that long hard look in the mirror and vowed to change myself.


Having a personal trainer of my own was invaluable!


I feel so blessed to be able to share that same excitement with all of my clients, and watch them grow in the same ways that I did. Getting into fitness is about so much more than looking good.


Its truly one of the best decisions you can make for your physical and mental wellbeing.

My journey from frustration to fulfillment fueled the creation of Sthealth Fitness. My personal philosophy is centered around utilizing fitness to achieve your highest and best self.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through the website on the members only section after you have purchased.


    1. Go to the services page

    2. Choose a plan

    3. Input payment info

    4. Enter  personal details


    After that, I'll start putting together your personalized program!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason for this is to provide the maximum accountability.  You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly.


    This means the programs are consistently updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choice, plus continuous support from myself and my team!


    The beauty of this is that you are not locked into any kind of contract and are free to cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the setup form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 14 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • Is this good for beginners?

    Whether you're a gym newbie or a seasoned vet, I've got your back!


    My training programs are tailored to you and your goals. 


    If you have limited gym experience or don't know where to start, choose weights that are light for you, then gradually work your way up!

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is updated according to your progress.


    The goal is to get just a little better each day. This will generate huge change in your physical and mental well being!
